Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run Tymly:

• Account information — email address (for sign-in and receipts).
• Calendar data you create inside Tymly — events, habits, and planning preferences.
• Usage data — anonymous events such as which features you open, to improve the product.
• Device data — browser type and language, used for localization.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Tymly service: scheduling, AI suggestions, reminders, insights.
• To personalize the experience based on the planning profile you set up.
• To send essential service messages (account, billing, security).
• To improve product quality through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

3. Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Tymly never stores your full card number. Stripe handles card data under PCI-DSS standards. We only store the subscription status and metadata returned by Stripe (plan, renewal date, customer ID) so we can grant or revoke access.

4. Google Calendar integration

Tymly may access your Google Calendar to securely sync, create, edit, and manage calendar events across your connected devices.

We only use Google Calendar permissions for features explicitly enabled by the user.

5. AI processing

When you use the AI assistant or voice commands, the messages you send are forwarded to our AI provider to generate a response. Messages are not used to train external models and are retained only as long as needed to deliver the feature.

6. Storage & security

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security so that you can only ever read or modify your own data.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with the processors needed to run the service: our hosting provider, Stripe (payments), and our AI provider (chat). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

8. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.

9. Children

Tymly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
