Request Account & Data Deletion

At Tymly, we respect your right to delete your personal data. You can request deletion of your Tymly account and all associated data by sending an email to tasknord@gmail.com with the subject line "Tymly Account Deletion Request".

Please include the email address associated with your Tymly account in your message.

What happens when you request deletion

• Your account will be deactivated immediately
• All your events, tasks, calendar data, and AI conversation history will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days
• Any data stored in backups will be automatically purged within 90 days
• We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Data that may be retained

• Anonymised analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
• Transaction records required for legal or tax purposes (if applicable)

If you only wish to delete specific calendar events (rather than your entire account), you can do so directly within the Tymly app.
