Delete Your Account

Delete it yourself, in the app

Open Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and the account is removed immediately. No email, no waiting, no support ticket.

What deletion does

Deleting your account performs all of the following at once:

Cancels any active subscription, so you are never charged again.
Revokes Tymly's access to your Google Calendar at Google.
Erases your data: events, reminders, habits, planning preferences, AI assistant messages, and your profile.
Deletes your login itself.

This cannot be undone.

What is kept, and why

Invoices and accounting records — six years, as required by Spanish commercial and tax law. These are held by our payment processor and by us for bookkeeping only.
One anti-abuse hash — a short, non-identifying, irreversible value that stops the 14-day free trial being claimed repeatedly by deleting and recreating accounts. It contains no personal data and cannot be linked back to you.

If you cannot reach the app

Email support@mytymly.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We respond within one month, and in practice much sooner.
